- Sign up and select an available domain name for your website.
- We purchase the domain for you and begin to build your site, which takes up to 8 business days.
- We connect you with our Merchant Account Provider so you can set up an account. This lets you receive payments from customers. It usually takes 2-3 days for our any Merchant Account Provider to process your application and send you a valid login ID.
- You forward us your login information so we can attach your merchant account to your website. Once we attach your merchant account to your website and run the necessary tests, your website will be fully functional and ready to use 1-2 days later.
- We teach you how to use your website in less than one hour.
- At this point, the site is in your control and you can begin making sales. This means you will be selling pet supplies through your website in less than 10 days after signing up!
Once your website is complete you can begin to advertise your online pet store! As you start to make sales, customers who visit your site and buy products will pay you directly by credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout. Their payment goes directly into your merchant account. At the end of the day, you submit your orders to TopDawg and pay your discounted price for those orders. So the difference between what you pay for the order and what you charge your customer remains in your account. It’s that easy!

Almost all orders ship within two days. Occasionally, items that are ordered from our manufacturers as opposed to other suppliers can take a week longer to ship because they are made to order, by hand.
Yes. All tracking information is available to you through your administrative account, and to your customer through their Member Account. This is updated daily with the tracking number, carrier, and date shipped.
Every shipment is labeled externally as being sent from “Internet Shipper.” The packing slips included with your orders will have YOUR Company’s name and contact information on the top. You can customize your packing slip by completely filling out the My Information page in your drop ship admin section.
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
TopDawg offers a 30-Day money back guarantee on all products from the day of receipt. Your customer will receive instructions on how to properly return their order if they are unsatisfied in any way. TopDawg accepts all returns on your behalf and will credit your drop shipping account for items that are returned. A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
How often do I have to load your data feed into my website to keep my products current with what you have in stock?
Currently we are updating our product line/data feed on a weekly basis. We would suggest updating the products on your website that often as well to insure that the products for sale on your website are currently In Stock.
Yes, absolutely. Go to Browse Products to view all samples of our products and our list prices. Wholesale prices are based on the drop shipping plan you have elected, and will range from 25% to 45%.
There are NO minimum orders. Order whatever you or your customer needs and we will ship it.
No. We do not charge any drop shipping fees at all. All you pay is standard shipping carrier costs. Order whatever you need, whenever you need it and we will ship it for you.
Sorry, no. We can only ship to standard street addresses. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted by our system and UPS and FedEx will not deliver to them at all.
